Got a new camera and don't know what to do with it? We start from the basics so you have a strong knowledge of manual mode on your DSLR. You'll learn about metering, ISO, aperture, shutter speed, composition techniques, and more. This is the first step in your photography journey!

Requirements: DSLR camera (no point and shoot cameras or phone cameras), time available each week to practice.
Already comfortable with ISO, aperture, and shutter speed? Let's dive deeper. You will learn more about white balance, lighting, and some intricacies of your camera. Lots of hands on photography to help master your photography skills.

Finding the Light
Have you mastered manual mode and you need help giving your photography that extra pop? Lighting & color is everything in photography. Let's find ways to take everything from everyday moments to stylized photo shoots to the next level.

Lightroom
Learn the basics and beyond of Lightroom Classic in this hands on class. Exclusive artLaBeau presets will be given to students attending to aid in editing and creativity. I'll even share some special editing tricks I've learned throughout the years to really make your photos pop!
4 classes, approximately 90 minutes each class
Requirements: Laptop, Lightroom Classic (check monthly Adobe subscriptions)
Do you feel like you're stuck when it comes to posing friends, family, or clients? I'll show you how to pose different groups of people, make them (and you!) feel comfortable, and initiate those sincere smiles and precious moments.

Capturing the Joy of Childhood
Are you having trouble capturing incredible photos of moving objects (kids and pets who are constantly in motion!)? I'll give you the skills and tips to photograph these subjects with ease. We'll even go on a live photo shoot to put what you've learned into practice.
